I lead on driving change and adoption of digital solutions to enhance our customer interactions.

I’m relatively new to Teva, and to the world of pharmaceuticals, but I can already feel that it’s a great fit for me both personally and professionally.

I spent 25 years working in the insurance sector, moving into the emerging world of digital over the last five years. And now, I’m transitioning to a brand-new industry. But I believe that people shouldn’t have to feel constrained by working in a particular sector – especially in a role like digital where there are so many transferrable skills, and opportunities to bring a fresh perspective.

What really excites me about Teva is that it’s a company that’s really going on a journey, exploring digital possibilities and embracing the change that will bring. It’s rare to be in an established company, in an established industry, that is going through a transformation like this.

There used to be a trend of staying in the same industry throughout your career, but the beauty of digital is that your skillset can be applied anywhere

You may have to learn about different regulations, or customer needs, but you’ve got the core skills to make it a success. 

I’m really enjoying it here so far; not just getting my teeth into my new role, but I’m also working with some really great people. Culturally, it’s a great place to work, in which every single person, and the contribution they make, is valued.

From a digital perspective, it’s great to be starting with a blank sheet of paper – I'm a big fan of transformation and working out how we can take something and improve on it. I’m passionate about data and people, and love being able to combine the two to get the best out of people and deliver the best customer experience. It’s an exciting time to be working here.
