Prevention of corruption

Teva UK Limited, as part of the Teva group, is subject to various anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, such as the Bribery Act 2010 and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

As such, we comply with Teva's Prevention of Corruption Policy and we expect everyone who does business with Teva to also comply with our Prevention of Corruption Policy.

The purpose of this policy is to provide detailed guidance for complying with anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws that are applicable to all Teva activities worldwide.
